RapidFET・JTAG is an out-of-band RapidIO diagnostic tool that has been specifically design to support IDT RapidIO switches. The software leverages the same look and feel as our RapidFET Professional software so it is familiar and easy to use when accessing internal RapidIO registers or being able to instantly analyze the RapidIO port connection diagram. However because it plugs directly into JTAG and I2C interfaces, it can also be used to facilitate functions such as PRBS (Pseudo Random Binary Sequence) and ODS (On Die Scope) which are sometimes difficult if not impossible to do using RapidIO in-band techniques.

Connect RapidFET Probe directly to your system through a spare card slot or directly though a CX4 connector. Communicate with RapidFET Probe via an Ethernet connection using RapidFET Professional software on your PC
RapidFET™ Middleware is a new product by Fabric Embedded Tools. Many of our customers over the years have enjoyed and come to trust the Discovery, Enumeration and Initialization capabilities of our diagnostic tools and wanted to incorporate this algorithm into their deployed products. RapidFET™ Middleware is the answer to this request. We actually use this same middleware within all of our own applications including our diagnostic tool products so you can be guaranteed the same proven and robust performance in your embedded software. A RapidFET™ Middleware license comes with C source code, example implementations for some processor boards, quality documentation and a support package.
